Scalability assessment.

For teams whose demand is rising and who need evidence about where the platform will slow down or fail—before that pressure arrives. This work is about operating under greater load, not about how hard it is to ship everyday changes.

When this is useful

  • Demand is increasing or expected to increase soon.
  • Capacity limits and headroom are unclear.
  • Critical journeys already show performance or reliability concerns.
  • Architecture decisions need evidence before further investment.

What we examine

  • Expected demand and the journeys that matter most.
  • Existing performance evidence and operational signals.
  • Capacity assumptions and shared bottlenecks.
  • Reliability risks and failure modes.
  • Gaps that need further validation before you commit spend.

What you receive

A prioritized scalability assessment and validation plan identifying:

  • Relevant bottlenecks and risks.
  • Architecture options worth considering.
  • Checks needed to validate assumptions.
  • A recommended order of work.

Load testing is not automatic. Where it is warranted, its scope is agreed as part of the plan—not assumed up front.

Possible follow-on work

Follow-on work may include platform engineering and infrastructure as code, cloud migration where justified, data and messaging improvements (for example Kafka or Elasticsearch estates), observability and operational hardening, and targeted application or API changes. Mobile, edge, or industrial workloads are considered only where they are part of the demand picture you describe.
